**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Nursing from an institution approved by the SNB (Singapore Nursing Board)
- Valid Practicing Certificate issued by the SNB
- A team player with good interpersonal skills and possess effective managerial qualities
- Good communications skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to perform shift duty is an advantage
- Responsible for ensuring person-centric care according to the needs of the residents and their respective conditions
- Perform nursing procedures in accordance to the person-centred philosophy of care, and in compliance with the ENHS (Enhanced Nursing Home Standards)
- Work in close collaboration with other in-house functions to deliver holistic care
- Build rapport with residents and their families
- Provide supervision and clinical guidance to junior nursing staff
- Involved in orientation and on-going training of nursing staff
