We are looking for a Digital Trainee to join our company.

**Who you are**:
You will support development and implementation of digital projects for Pelagus 3D. You will also be introduced to other Pelagus 3D activities.

**Required experience and skills**:

- Master’s degree in engineering, technology, business or other relevant
- Graduate or 1-2-years of experience.
- Knowledge of Python, Matlab, R or similar programming languages.
- Curious mindset, and the ability to problem-solve, innovate and identify new ways of working. Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation. Service minded and can-do attitude.
- Analytical and structured with commercial mind-set

**What you will be doing**:

- A two-year program providing experience in diìerent roles to gain experience and knowledge of the diìerent segments in Wilhelmsen to become capable of mastering numerous functions within the company. Be assigned to diìerent roles based on business needs and priorities to provide support and contribute to business and project development activities.
- Drive and /or contribute to projects within technology and innovation. Excel through individual responsibility and challenging tasks. Participate in speciíc projects as required.
- Be an ambassador for cross-company collaboration.
