Quality Assurance:

- Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent project quality.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify non-conformities and deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and track quality metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
- Process/Productivities Improvement:

- Identify areas for process improvement and productivity enhancement.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process optimisation initiatives.
- Monitor process performance and conduct regular evaluations to ensure sustained improvements.

**Required skills**
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Excel, statistical software, and process mapping software.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with quality assurance techniques, including audits, inspections, and corrective actions.

**Required experience**
- University Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in construction-related environment
