**Job Opportunity: Service Crew**

**Working Hours: 10am-10pm**

**Rest Days: 4 days per month**

**Salary Range: $2000-$2200**

**Benefits: Meals provided**

**Location: Chinatown**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers upon arrival.
- Take customers' orders and relay to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Polite and courteous with a strong customer service orientation.
- Well-groomed appearance with good hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin for communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and colleagues
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holiday
