
HR Accounts Assistant

**Job Specifications**
- Ensure that employee’s information is up to date and regularly maintained in the system.
- Tracking and monitor employees’ attendances, leave and claims.
- Prepare and execute the monthly employee payroll. This includes the monthly calculation and verification of work and overtime hours and to prepare the necessary documents for the annual income tax submission for all employees.
- Maintain and upkeep all HR related documents and report in an organized manner.
- Provide administrative support to accounts / payroll
**Requirements**:
- Minimum A Levels/Diploma/Degree, with administrative HR/or payroll experiences
- Have the passion in HR and to liaise with people from all walks of life.
- Preferably with accounts/payroll experience
- A detailed person, meticulous, good with numbers
- On Job Training provided
- Immediate start (if possible)
Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
