**About The Job**
- Provide the client with basic remote troubleshooting for variety of products
- Meeting the service level that has been set forth for the respective issues.
- Support onboarding of clients remotely

**Skills And Experience Required**
- 2-3 years of working experience related to service desk domain
- Good experience in supporting end user computing.
- Intermediate knowledge in M365, Windows, network and etc
- Willing to learn IT skills, familiar with Windows environment.
- Knowledge in server administration is a big plus
- Effective English communication skills
- Ability to speak Mandarin will be a big plu

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $5,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
