**Role Overview**
As the Product Manager for the SIRI/OPERI platform, you will be at the forefront of advancing a state-of-the-art digital solution that empowers industries to evaluate and enhance their readiness for smart technologies and digital transformation. This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision, technical acumen, and project management expertise to oversee platform operations, drive innovation, and foster global industry engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Vision and Roadmap**Define and execute the long-term strategy and vision for the SIRI/OPERI platform, ensuring alignment with evolving industry needs.
Anticipate emerging trends in smart manufacturing and integrate them into the platform's roadmap.
- **Platform Development and Innovation**Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance the platform’s functionality and user interface.
Identify and implement cutting-edge features to improve usability, scalability, and user engagement.
- **Content and Knowledge Management**Curate a robust library of resources, case studies, and best practices related to industrial readiness and transformation.
Ensure content is regularly updated to reflect global standards and trends.
- **Stakeholder Engagement and Support**Engage with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, consultants, and assessors, to understand their needs and gather feedback.
Develop training programs, onboarding materials, and support resources for platform users.
- **Data Analytics and Insights**Leverage analytics tools to monitor platform performance, user behavior, and engagement metrics.
Create actionable reports to guide industries in achieving transformation goals and driving economic growth.
- **Collaboration and Ecosystem Building**Build strategic partnerships with industry associations, academic institutions, and government agencies to enhance platform adoption.
Foster collaboration with external experts to refine and expand platform capabilities.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**Ensure the platform meets the highest standards of reliability, data security, and compliance with global regulations.
Oversee regular quality assurance processes and implement enhancements as needed.
- **Project and Change Management**Manage platform development projects, balancing timelines, resources, and budgets.
Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless execution of updates and initiatives.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management, especially with digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of industry 4.0, smart technologies, and digital transformation.
- Exceptional project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in data analytics and visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Familiarity with building partnerships and fostering collaboration.
