Singapore FIRST TRUST CORPORATE SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in new client set-up, including customer due diligence (“CDD”) checks and screening
- Conducting ongoing CDD monitoring of clients, ensuring CDD documents are up-to-date
- Maintaining client databases
- Preparing client engagement letters
- Assisting with basic ACRA filings
- Assisting with basic annual general meeting documentation
- Providing administrative support including data entry, scanning and filing of documents, arranging courier, mail forwarding, and issuing invoices
- Overseeing and managing inventory and ordering office stationery
- Other administrative duties as and when assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in relevant field, Business Administration, or Business Management from a recognized institution.
- Prior relevant corporate secretarial experience will be an advantage
- Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualification/compliance background would be an advantage.
- Must be able to work independently and have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Should also be a good team player.
- Be capable of working under pressure.
- Good attitude with a willingness to learn.
