The Solution Engineer is a member of the Advance Network and Connectivity Business Unit and is responsible for collaborating and supporting the Pre-Sales and Sales Team in sales engagement to provide customers the technical understanding and best practices. This role is pivotal in understanding of internal and external solutions, best practices and technology integration. The Solution engineer will be expected to influence customer, managing technical scope and execute technical presentations and supporting day 2 services. Partnerships. This person is expected to be located in Singapore and will work locally + travels.

- Collaborate with Sales team to develop technical proposals and strategies, focusing on providing technical solutions to meet customer requirements and addressing their concerns
- Preparation and conduct of product and solution demonstrations and presentations to showcase capabilities and features
- Conducting site surveys and assessing of customer needs
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation and sales materials
- Staying up-to-date with product developments and industry trends
- Building relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Supporting the development of proof-of-concepts and prototypes
- Providing training and support to customers and sales teams
- Perform engineering delivery including, configuration, testing and system integration
- Prepare written documents such as user manual, maintenance manuals, method statements, testing procedures
- Work closely with technical solution architects, developers, project engineers, in the implementation and deployment of product to internal & external customers
- Facilitate product co-creation workshops with clients using Design Thinking methods
- Conduct business requirements workshops and create functional specifications
- Assist in the preparation work for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Take the lead in designing the UAT approach and conducting UAT
- Conduct functional training for customers in the usage and maintenance of the solution
- Provide project support in heightened maintenance periods after project Go-Live
- Responsible for integration of both hardware & software work as well as implementation
- Own the incident management process for assigned projects and act as point of contact for the appropriate levels of incidents related to production systems with clients

**Qualities We Value**
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical /Electronics specialized in RF/Wireless Communications and Networking
- Knowledge in telecommunication product/ systems such as mobile communications, satellite communication, line of sight communication is plus
- Hands-on experiences with customer demonstration of products and service are preferred
- Experience with RF/Wireless/Networking testing such as utilization of spectrum analyser, network traffic measurement software is plus
- Strong communication (verbal, written/visual) and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously
- Willingness to travel overseas as needed
