**Job Requirement**
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with 4-5 year’s work experiences in similar capacity
- Coordinating a geographically distributed team
- Operational support experience, preferably in a 24x7 environment
- Project management and planning
- Creative and objective disposition with strong problem solving skills
- Able to handle high pressure situations and prioritize multiple projects
- Considerable practical experience in: VMware vSphere, Dell ESX, backup, storage, Windows & Linux-based desktop & server OS, AWS, Microsoft 365, Azure, Networking, Firewalls, Security
- Knowledge of enterprise IT systems and architectures
- Disaster recovery experience.
- Ability to express oneself efficiently and effectively in both written and verbal communication
- Proactive, assertive, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
