**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Enforce dormitory rules**:

- **Arrange and allocates rooms for the internal and sub-contractors' workers**:

- **Prepare and maintain all the check in and check out record in the system**:

- **Liaise with HQ and Site for dormitory related matters.**:

- **Attend to company request and handle workers’ problems**:

- **To conduct random room inspections to check on general upkeep and also to verify that only authorized persons reside in the units**:
