We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join the team of consulting experts in Energy and Commodities Trading. You should have extensive experience working on trading systems and software in the C/ETRM domain and managing external stakeholders and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support clients with complex trading system design and architectures
- Be the expert and provide advisory and insights to help with planning, scoping, resourcing and costing of change projects.
- Plan and structure delivery programmes and roadmaps
- Ensure high quality of design deliverables
- Lead and manage team of business analysts mainly from client side
- Mentor junior members and establish thought leadership for external outreach

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years of experience in Solutions Architect/Business Analyst role in the commodities trading industry
- Extensive experience with E/CTRM system and/or VMS.
- Has experience with multi-system design architectures
- Familiar with various vendor products related to commodities trading
- Familiar with data tools including interfacing technologies, data visualisation and data extraction.
- Has experience with leading teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience managing both internal and external relationships
