**DIRECTOR ADVERTISING/MEDIA SALES**

Asaya is a market growth operator in SEA for selected industries where we represent companies expanding into Asia. You will part of the core team for the media vertical where we represent a portfolio of leading ad-tech companies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review prospects (value proposition, products that suit them, key USPs)
- Prepare the business development strategy for our clients (across South-East Asia), inclusive of:
Marketing materials

Competitor mapping

Market segmentation

Potential partnerships
- Execute strategy: create, increase, and monitor the no. customers for each of our clients with a focus on brands and agencies (customers)
- Support our industry experts and leadership team with all key partnerships with publishers within the region
- Gather feedback from customers and prospects and share with internal teams to improve products and service deliveries
- Report periodically on progress with adequate dashboard/control panel.
- Advise Management on strategic decisions.
- Manage our internal digital strategy: social media, lead generation and website’s content.

**You have**:

- At least 5+ years of sales experience
- Proven track record in identifying new opportunities and closing deals with a solution-based approach for clients
- Strong understanding of digital advertising
- Have exceptional communication skills and an ability to build excellent rapport with strategic decisions makers
- Good understanding of how to run and measure performance with relevant KPIs
- Experience working in a highly collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with using CRM platform such as Zoho (the one we use internally) or Hubspot

**Package**:

- 6,000 SGD - 7,000 SGD per month.
- Bonus plans based on individual, team and/or campaign deliveries of up to 3x base salary based on pre-agreed KPIs
- All work-related expenses paid.

- This is a full-time role based in Singapore. Only open to applicants based in Singapore

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
