**Your role**
- Have you successfully organized and driven UAT test phases for initiatives in the financial industry ?

- We're looking for Business Test Lead to:
- produce the test strategy, testing standards and test plans based on the requirements and delivery timelines
- lead the User Acceptance Test team and report to the program manger
- manage the test execution phase, monitor defect fixing & retesting, provide periodic test progress reports,
- communicate with stakeholders, business functions,
- identify and monitor program risks.

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the UAT Test team based in Singapore. We provide UAT support for the business functions across all APAC locations. As a business test lead you'll play an important role in ensuring the functional Go-live and the success of the program.

**Your expertise**
- successfully played a test lead role, for ideally with more than 5 years of experience within the finance sector,
- good team player with analytical ability to provide practical solutions for minimizing risk,
- well organized, detail oriented, analytical and open to plan and coordinate tasks and lead projects.
