**About the Team**:
You will be part of a new and exciting team embarking on initiatives to support Bitdeer’s vision for a greener and ecological future.

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Manage a group of engineers, FEA analysists and designers across various design stages from conceptual design to detail component design, final implementation and commissioning.
- Ensure proper interface and integration of engineering work from various engineering disciplines for a seamless integration and to meet total system requirements.
- Provide guidance to engineers in the field of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, material selection and automation / control.
- Ensure all engineering designs are performed appropriately and accurately.
- Participate in prototype testing, field installation and commissioning work as needed.
**How you will stand out**:

- Minimum education qualification: - Bachelor of Science / Engineering
- A self-motivated individual and good team player with creative mindsets and proven managerial / people skills.
- Strong experience and background in engineering design, system engineering and hands-on ability.
- Have good knowledge of thermodynamic and fluid dynamic concepts and understanding of automation and control.
- Over 10 years of experience in engineering design and system integration and over 5 years of experience in project and system engineering management.
- Experiences in equipment / system design from Oil and Gas upstream industry will be an advantage.

**Salary**: From $6,000.00 per month
