**The Role**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Support/maintain various multi-vendor production network environments critical to the business
- Design, configuration and support of real-time market feeds and multicast data related to ICE Internal and customer facing Networks
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and performance problems related to ICE Internal and customer facing Networks
- Research and design new networking solutions based on given requirements
- Assist ICE staff with problem solving and escalation procedures
- Understand and follow operational policies/procedures and promote adherence to same
- Provide technical knowledge needed to ensure safe, effective, and efficient changes to the network infrastructure
- Collaborate and work closely with Pre-Sales, Systems engineering, and Datacenter engineering teams
- Participation in 24/7 on-call rotation

**Ideal Profile**

**Skills Required**:

- Experience with carrier provided MPLS WAN technologies
- TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP and IS-IS advanced routing skills
- Network operating systems/platforms including Junos, IOS/NX-OS, EOS
- Juniper (MX/QFX/EX) and Arista (7000 family) devices platforms
- Multicast design and troubleshooting including IGMP and PIM protocols
- NAT, route maps/ACLs, routing policies, and IPSEC VPN
- Expert packet capture analysis skills
- Linux shell commands and usage, basic server configuration
- B.S. in CS/IT or equivalent relative experience
- Cisco CCNP SP and/or Juniper JNCIS-SP Certification
- Experience working on financial/HFT networks
