**Job Description**:

- Continuously optimize and implement a supply chain management strategy, aligned with the business strategy, in order to achieve an efficient and cost-effective supply chain, including optimizing service levels and inventory holdings across AMOS’s global network.
- Lead supply-related global business planning improvement activities.
- Drive cost optimization through the whole supply chain by conducting cost challenges and performance analyses.
- Manage monthly updates of the operations plan in integrated Business Planning to satisfy the Unconstrained Demand Plan when possible and, when not, develop alternative plans to resolve constraints.
- Manage and coordinate supply and logistics 9warehousing, transport, truck, and sea delivery) activities across the group, ensuring supply continuity and On Time in Full (OTIF) delivery performance to customers is maintained in a safe and cost-efficient way.
- Create, manage and achieve the Supply Chain Regional cost budgets.
- Deliver Regional inventory optimization plans by managing optimal stock levels at warehouses, and balancing requirements to ensure supply continuity with the need to optimize working capital and minimize obsolete and aged stock.
- Drive continuous improvement of Procurement, and support procurement processes linked to the provision of Raw Materials, Products (PTO and stocked), and Logistics Services (including product storage, warehousing, and finished product logistics). Help identify and assess potential new suppliers and service providers. Negotiate prices and contract terms.
- Oversee the development and implementation of supply chain IT solution initiatives which include warehouse and inventory management, distribution, and product quality assurance.
- Enhance the Company’s competitive advantages through continuous improvement initiatives in strengthening the Group’s supply chain planning process, services, service delivery, and operational effectiveness and efficiency; drive operational excellence through projects with local teams and stakeholders.
- Manage the Operations and Supply Chain Risk Assessment and Improvement Plan.
- Ensure operational compliance consistent with government, industry, or internal corporate requirements and procedures.
- Hold accountability for the overall performance and quality of the global supply chain including proactively mitigating HSSEQ and operational risks with a specific focus on global supply and logistics.
- Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure key finance drivers are met and those requirements are translated and embedded within supply teams.
- Develop and manage arrangements for transporting products and delivering them to customers, whether by land or sea. Make recommendations, as required, to make changes to existing delivering logistics arrangements to ensure business needs are met.
- Select and lead team special skills individuals to seek and, collaboratively with SAP and IT, develop the capability required to provide real-time inventory clarity and enable seamless, speedy, accurate, and efficient order to invoice process.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to lead the implementation of supply chain management capability, particularly including with SAP.
- Lead maximization of Supply Chain Management competency in the organization, including enabling personnel to gain formal accreditation with the likes of ASCM.
- Serve as a key player in AMOS Group’s developing Environmental, Social, and corporate Governance (ESG) strategy and practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain business, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of proven record in Operations/procurement management in a medium-sized global organization
- Experience evaluating, Implementing, improving, and scaling business systems
- Strong financial management skills including budgetary control, forecasting, auditing capabilities, and the ability to implement cost management techniques
- Ability to make operational decisions balanced with longer-term strategic thinking
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on understanding metrics/analytical data.
- Strong communication and customer service skills and experience partnering in a global cross-departmental role.
- Hands-on leader, with a focus on continuous process improvement.
- Leading, coaching, developed and motivating global team-Setting team goals, measuring success, and communicating achievements
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Change management experience and ability to facilitate change
- Resilient and calm under pressure with an adaptable and flexible approach
- Working knowledge of SAP system, and SAP implementation process experience preferred.
