- take orders and send food/drinks to tables
- clear tables and set for next customer
- be at delegated station to welcome guests
- ensure guests needs are taken care of

- commit weekends to work
- able to work 5 hours per day, 3 to 4 days a week
- neat appearance with desire to learn
