**Associate Pharmaceutical Technician**

Our Manufacturing Operations teams are the people that make our products. We work in the manufacturing plants with a “Safety First, Quality Always” mindset striving for continuous improvement. We work in the local plant connected to our global manufacturing network to ensure the highest quality of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

Perform various tasks in the production department in accordance with the requirements of the production schedule, cGMP, and safety regulations.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Setup and operate pharmaceutical production equipment including high-speed filling lines for sterile injectables, robotic technology, compounding panels and automatic CIP/SIP processes.
- Compound and fill active biological product batches as required to meet the production schedule.
- Perform routine water sampling.
- Microbial sampling and swabbing of room and equipment.
- Perform cleaning and upkeep of the Grade C cleanrooms and production equipment.
- Report QN/deviations if any.
- Perform filter integrity testing using an automatic filter integrity test unit.
- Preparation of equipment including loading and starting of sterilization cycles in autoclaves.
- Complete batch documentation as required.
- Perform chemical and mathematical calculations to determine product potency and endotoxin levels for each batch compounding
- Perform all tasks in accordance with the standard operating procedures and maintain strict compliance to cGMP at all times.
- Perform visual inspection, labeling and packaging on semi-finished drug products.
- Perform in-process sampling on semi-finished drug products.
- Conduct in-process inspection and checks.
- Participate in Business Compliance, cGMP, and all other compliance-related matters, where applicable.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the Managers.

**Qualification**:

- GCE 'O' Level, NITEC/ITC, or Diploma in Engineering

**Experience**:

- 0 - 3 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or related industries.
- Good understanding of safe working practices and cGMP.
