On Site Merchandiser

The primary responsibility of this position is work on market supply and demand, build relationships with top tier retail merchants and provide servicing in terms of replenishment in Singapore. This role demands outstanding command skills, product knowledge, and sales expertise, along with the ability to identify and share market insights.

Job Responsibilities
- Daily visit to retailer outlets in an assigned area, provide excellent service, and enhance good customer relationship/ rapport to secure order for all the products.
- Ensure products are well merchandised according to planogram with adequate level of stocks.
- Liaise and co-ordinate internal team on stocks replenishment.
- Ensure prompt set up of promo display, update of all POS materials and pricing display at the right place and right promo window.
- Provide regular feedback on the sales performance of our product, store and display issues.
- Support Management Team in conducting distribution audit and ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Key Requirements
- Familiarity with local roads/ routes
- Good riding etiquette
- Confident, motivatedand reliable team player
- Able to work independently
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required physical strength due to moving stock at outlet and replenishment
- Willing to travel around Singapore and follow assigned route daily
- Must complete all outlet allocated.
- Comfortable in working rotating shift (include weekend)

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,900.00 per month
