**Roles and Responsibilities**

A Security Consultant is a specialist responsible for increasing the efficiency and productivity by providing sound and effective training and consultancy to receiving parties. This individual, together with the Corporate Training and Consultancy Manager will lead and manage the Corporate Consultancy team to provide top-notch training sessions and provide information necessary to aid clients to ace SACE.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in scheduling appropriate training and consultancy sessions with clients for SACE.
- Assist in conducting Consultants’ Evaluation with Corporate Training and Consultancy Manager for SACE team.
- Attend SACE Planning Meetings with or on behalf of GLab.
- Attend and oversee SACE site recce for Red-Teaming Exercises.
- Completion of SACE paperwork for document submissions.
- Conduct SACE training sessions for consultants and clients.
- Conduct risk assessments during Red-Teaming site recce and advise accordingly.
- Conduct dipstick tests with industry clients to share feedback with GLab team.
- Conduct client evaluations at the end of each training and consultancy project to identify room for improvements
- Provide sound inputs and suggestions for improvements of current SACE training materials and templates.

Qualifications and education requirements
- Min. Diploma in any field of studies or Operations Executive
- Preferably with Operations Executive experience
- Preferably ex-SAF / ex-SCDF / ex-SPF or any MHA agencies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
