An art-based intern who leads with the heart, not just the technical smarts.

Open to students and fresh grads

**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret creative briefs in a way that only a human can
- Develop creative ideas and concepts in partnership with another human being

(usually your copywriter)
- Present ideas to colleagues and clients in a way robots can't
- Create amazing visuals that touch the hearts of many people
- Keep a sharp eye on the quality of your work
- Stay up-to-date with trends, pop culture and tech innovations
- Show up with passion and a heart for creativity

Qualifications:

- Diploma from NAFA, Polytechnic or a recognised Art School
- Human being made of flesh & blood
- A passion for creativity
- Able to outthink machines creatively
- A love for clever, beautiful creative work (machines can't love)
- Understanding of creative concepts and digital production
