Freelance Clinic Assistant

We are excited to be expanding our team by looking for a freelance Clinic Assistant
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Coordination**: Schedule appointments, handle patient inquiries, and ensure timely and accurate registration procedures.
- **Administrative Support**: Manage patient records, ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient information, and assist in billing, payment tracking.
- **Facility Management**: Oversee the maintenance of the clinic facility, including cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health regulations.
- **Customer Service**: Handle inquiries from patients and visitors in a courteous and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Ad Hoc Duties**: Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management to support the overall functioning of the clinic.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or experience working as an administration staff.
- Proven experience in clinic administration or healthcare management role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese preferred.
**Working hours**
- 4 day work week, 6 hours per day
- $15/hour
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $1,440.00 per month
Expected hours: 24 per week
