**Remuneration**:

- **Base Salary: SGD 800 per month**:

- **Commission: SGD 30 for each successful appointment setting.**

**About Us**:Innovate Marketing Studio is a dynamic lead generation marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses grow through strategic digital marketing. As a fast-growing startup, we are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Intern to join our team and contribute to our online presence. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working directly with our founder, Claire.

**Role Overview**:The Social Media Intern will assist in helping the founder manage all campaigns, including influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and performance tracking. You will also help to develope curate, and manage content across various social media platforms. You will learn the ins and outs of social media marketing, content creation, and engagement strategies under the direct mentorship of our founder. This role is perfect for a polytechnic or university undergraduate looking to build a career in digital marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help in managing marketing campaigns to enhance lead generation efforts. (Posting to FB groups to increase reach)
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging static/photo/video content on our own company’s social media platforms. (e.g. Facebook, Instagram,Tiktok and Xiao Hong Shu,also need to manage founder’s Linkedin)
- Brainstorm and assist the founder in capturing videos that showcase daily work life, talking-head segments, and interview-style content.
- Monitor social media trends and provide insights to optimize engagement.
- Community Engagement: Leave comments on other people’s posts and similar businesses/competitors’ posts and engage by liking,commenting and repost etc.
- Once the main priority tasks of managing campaigns, projects, and creating company social media content are completed, assist the founder with appointment setting (via WhatsApp or calls to potential clients/prospects) and earn $30 commission for every deal closed.
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the founder.

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to appear on camera for our company's social media page.
- Able to commit for at least 3 months or more.
- Must be willing to work onsite at the founder’s house, 3-5 mins walk from Jurong Point/Boon Lay MRT.
- Work schedule: 5 hours per day after school, Monday to Friday. (Saturday and Sunday is also fine, 5 days work week)
- Polytechnic or university undergraduate looking to build a career in digital marketing.
- Passion for social media, marketing, and influencer collaborations.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
