**Job Title**: **Area Supervisor**

**Reports To**: Senior Manager

**Responsibilities**: In this role you will carry out all cleaning maintenance of the estate and to ensure that the estate is well maintained are in good condition. The area supervisor is also required to implement and recommend operation plans to improve work processes and service quality for the organisation.

**Job Scope**
- *Hands on on the ground to do cleaning job (sweep, wipe, cleaning rubbish)
- *Coordinate with manager and client to ensure quality service delivery
- *Ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety measures to during cleaning operation
- *Assist in development and review of operations plan to improve work procedures and quality service delivery
- *Maintain stock and inventory
- *Implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment
- *Facilitate effective work processions
- *Ensure effective supervision of cleaners team members including their performance, behaviour and attitude to the best interest of the company and business
- *Guide team to respond to major incidents and emergencies
- *Perform any other duties as assigned by the senior manager

**Requirements**:

- *Possess at least GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level/Professional Certificate/NITEC
- *Preferably with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- *Organized, meticulous, resourceful, proactive and take initiatives at work.
- *Able to work well independently as well as in a team.
- *Knowledge of PC skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- *Able to work after office hours and weekends

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
