**Personal Chauffeur**

You are responsible for providing safe and punctual transportation to the Chief Executive, Clients, and families when needed.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Transportation**:Safely transport clients, executives, or family members to various destinations, such as appointments, meetings, airports, and social events.

**Navigation**:Plan efficient routes, monitor traffic conditions, and use GPS to ensure timely arrivals.

**Vehicle Maintenance**:Keep the assigned vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working order, including performing minor maintenance and arranging professional servicing.

**Passenger Assistance**:Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage, opening doors, and ensuring a comfortable and secure ride.

**Confidentiality**:Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all activities and conversations.

**Administrative Tasks**:Maintain mileage logs, process expense reports, and handle other administrative duties as required.

**REQUIREMENT**:

- A **class 3 license**with at least 10 - 15 years of driving experience with excellence safety track record. Experience as a Personal Driver to senior management is highly recommended.
- **Safe Driving**:A strong, safe driving record and the ability to drive courteously and adhere to all traffic laws.
- **Professionalism**:A professional and discreet demeanor, often required for high-profile clients.
- **Communication**:Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers (when required) and keep them informed about routes or conditions.
- **Self-Discipline and Organize**:Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and vehicle upkeep.
- **Problem-Solving**:The ability to adapt to changing situations, like unexpected traffic, and resolve issues as they arise.
- **Security**:Must be able to keep confidentiality on assigned tasks and safeguard private or sensitive information/communications.

**Compensation Package**:

- Basic Salary plus Overtime pay
- Meal Allowance, other allowances
- Quarterly BonusAnnual Leave, Birthday Leave, Medical Leave etc.
