**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, supervise, and coordinate civil construction activities from start to completion.
- Monitor site progress, ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage resources including manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Prepare and review project schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health regulations, and quality control measures.
- Lead regular site meetings and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Support project budgeting, cost control, and claim submissions.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field.
- Minimum **5 years**of relevant experience in civil and structural construction, preferably in Singapore.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in interpreting construction drawings and project specifications.
- Familiar with local construction regulations, LTA/BCA/SCDF submissions and safety requirements.
- Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
