**Responsibilities**:

- Attend to customer enquires relating to sales or sales operations
- Assist in typing of quotations, invoices and other documents
- Provide general office/administrative duties and assist various departments in the administrative job, such as letters preparation, copying, scanning, filing, data entry, etc
- Handle purchasing of stock/supplies required
- Manage sales enquiry log book paperwork
- Ensure filing of documents are in place according to the Company’s requirements
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

**Requirements**:

- Minimum NITEC / 'N' Levels & above. Fresh graduates will be considered.
- Fluent command of both written & spoken languages
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a must to communicate with various Mandarin-speaking associates
- Meticulous and detailed person
- Hands-on and able to multi-task and handle varied tasks
- Able to work independently

- 5.5 day work week (Mon to Fri: on-site). 0.5 day on Saturday (work from home)
- Full-time, permanent position

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,200.00 per month
