Planeside Rep/loadmaster

This position is responsible for performing, coordinating, and overseeing aircraft ground services in accordance with ATI policy, HAZMAT Manual, and other documents pertaining to loadmaster duties and responsibilities at SIN/QPG and other stations abroad. This position performs, coordinates, oversees, and facilitates the following tasks and corrects and reports deficiencies discovered (PR WELCOME):
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but not limited to**:

- Tie-down equipment inspection.
- Aircraft loading and handling
- Cargo buildup, breakdown, and tie-down.
- Aircraft load planning.
- Pallet and net inspection.
- Hazardous materials acceptance, loading, stowage, handling, and pilot notification.
- Import, export, and other government agency documentation.
- Customs, Immigration and other government agency requirements for international flights.
- Ground security for aircraft and cargo.
- Staff, equipment, and material planning.
- Inventory, stowage, and reporting of equipment and materials

**Job Requirements**:
**EDUCATION and/or CERTIFICATION**:

- Minimum 'N' Level
- Certified in weight and balance or load planning preferred
- Certified in acceptance, loading, stowage, and handling of Hazardous Materials preferred

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE**:

- 757/767 loadmaster experience / knowledge preferred.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Two (2) years prior loadmaster and/or aircraft ground service experience required. Training will be provided in USA and Japan.

**SKILLS and/or ABILITIES**:

- Ability to clearly communicate (verbal and written) with company, vendor, customer, agency personnel in English.
- Ability to work and complete projects with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to type on PC and moderately proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and E-mail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to travel at a moment’s notice. (Passport required). Laptop Required.

**PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION**:

- Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds; and climb, kneel, crawl and stop frequently in confined spaces as well as sit for extended periods of time.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
- Ability to work outdoors in all type of weather.

**TRAVEL**
- This position requires international travel up to 75% percent of the time, including staying at locations abroad for up to 20 days.

**Salary**: $2,700.00 - $3,500.00 per month
