**Job Description**:

- Participate in IAM project implementation tasks:

- Involve in requirement and design phase
- Develop documentations (requirement, design, test, guides, etc.)
- Develop test cases
- Assist in development of integration modules, extensions or customisations for IAM products
- Assist in development of scripts and tools for data migration (data checking, cleansing, transformation, merging, loading, reconciliation)
- Ensure the stability, health, and performance of IAMS implementation and make sure SLA requirements are met
- Perform technical assessments of change requests and new features
- Coordinate with vendors, support and technical team on problem resolution, implementation issues and upgrades; making sure services are available and ensuring mínimal disruption to the system
- Create and maintain documentation for Change Request, operational guides, installations, upgrades, etc

**Requirements**:

- Hands-on technical project experience in any/ some of the following technologies:

- IAM software products (any product)
- Java/J2EE software development
- Web Server / Application Server installation, configuration and setup
- Database installation, configuration and setup
- Directory or LDAP (e.g. IBM SDS, CA Directory, Active Directory) installation, configuration and setup
- User Lifecycle Management
- Identity and Access Governance
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Federation
- Session Management
- Password management
- Privilege Access Management (PAM)
- Cloud Application Access Management
- Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, passionate on problem solving and willingness in picking up new skillsets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
