You will play the key roles of a product expert to present the best product solutions to suit customers' needs and act as a Service Ambassador to deliver the best service moments to our customers at the local retail stores.

**What you will be doing**
- Creating the best service moments and driving sales through engagement with our customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.

**What you should have**
- A Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- Willingness to work retail hours and weekends (5 days per week)
