The Merry Bees event and content creation ecosystem is complete with its own fleet of audiovisual equipment, which is operated by the company's own sound engineers, graphic artists, videographers, and editors, enabling them to conceptualize, plan, and manage your event from start to end.
**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Shoot and edit video content for a variety of social media platforms.
- Capture live event footage and produce dynamic, highlight videos that showcase key moments.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop creative video concepts that align with overall branding and campaign strategies.
- Edit and optimise videos for different social media platforms
- Assist in the creation of video content for promotional and internal purposes
- Ensure all video content is delivered on time and to a high standard, meeting the needs of the team and wider business
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, particularly in social media content and event highlights.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- A good understanding of social media platforms and what type of video content performs well on each.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to experiment and try new ideas.
- A keen eye for visual composition and an understanding of colour grading and sound design.
- Previous experience in filming and editing events, interviews, or behind-the-scenes content is desirable.
