An growing Private Bank, committed to strengthening its foothold in Singapore, seeks a Operations Specialist to join their Operations team in Singapore.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will provide back office support and service for private wealth operations and treasury operations. The bank has a good track record of grooming their employees and offer internal mobility opportunities. In return you will enjoy a remuneration of up to $70,000 per annum.

You will be expected to:

- Carry out transaction processing, settlements, confirmations, and corporate actions while maintaining strict adherence to risk management protocols.
- Collaborate closely with different business units, including the treasury front office and relationship managers.
- Effectively oversee the management of custodian and brokerage fees.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, while actively participating in drills, projects, system improvements, including User Acceptance Tests (UATs), and generating periodic and ad hoc reports.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in treasury operations with hands-on experience.
- Familiarity with a wide range of financial products, including FX, FX options, swaps, equities, funds, bonds, securities, notes, and structured products.
- Experienced in utilizing banking systems like MUREX, SWIFT Alliance, and Avaloq.
- Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Capable of effectively multitasking across various functions and collaborating as a valuable team member.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Understanding of relevant regulations concerning Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Terrorist Financing, Customer Data Protection, and operational risks.
