**Job Summary**:
The Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting smooth front-of-house operations, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service - Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service. - Take accurate food and beverage orders. - Serve orders promptly and check guest satisfaction.

2. Operations Support - Keep the dining area clean, tidy, and properly set up. - Assist in restocking service stations and supplies. - Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned.

3. Teamwork - Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth service flow. - Support colleagues during busy periods. - Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams.

4. Compliance & Safety - Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards at all times. - Use equipment and utensils properly and carefully. - Report any issues or guest concerns to the supervisor.
