As an Lead Public Health Advisor, you will use your knowledge of and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:

- Balances the workload among team members to ensure each member has an integral role in the products of the team.
- Ensures that team members receive appropriate on-the-job or formal training.
- Develops studies and activities to determine the effectiveness of behavioral health programs and practices.
- Identifies operational project needs and/or resolves issues in collaboration with the appropriate program officer or grants management and contracts management official.
- Monitors trends and encourages program approaches, using state-of-the-art and science innovations.

**Minimum Qualifications**: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the
- **GS-13** grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following:

- 1. Working with Tribal communities;
- 2. Working with behavioral health programs addressing substance use and/or mental disorders, either in a direct care or administrative role; and
