**Job Description**:

- Collaborate with creative team (i.e. designers, marketers, creators) to understand project requirements and generate high quality written content for various platforms such as social media, advertisements, press releases and our company blog.
- Generate innovative ideas and concepts for content campaigns and projects; Find unique angles and approaches to engage audiences and differentiate content from competitors.
- Assist in developing and maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging across all content channels to enhance customers’ engagement.
- Ensure SEO optimization and improve search engine visibility and rankings through using relevant keywords, meta descriptions etc; Stay updated on SEO best practices.
- Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity and adherence to style guidelines. Conduct thorough proofreading to eliminate typos, errors, and inconsistencies.
- Conduct in-depth research on various topics, industries, competitors, and target audiences; Gather credible sources to support content claims and enhance credibility.
- Work closely with the product development team to understand product features and benefits, translating this information into compelling written content.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in copywriting and marketing.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and platforms; Analyse metrics such as engagement, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize content strategies.
- Collaborate with external parties (e.g. influencers, content creators) for co-branded content initiatives.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or any other related fields.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in copywriting, with a portfolio that includes written and digital content in a similar industry.
- Able to do copywriting in both English and Chinese language.
- Familiar with:

- social media platforms and digital trends, particularly within the beauty industry.
- target audience segmentation, brand positioning, and persuasive messaging.
- SEO and online content strategies.
- content management systems (CMS), graphic design software, video editing tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for details.
- Creative and artistic skills with an ability to translate ideas into engaging content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive content optimization and decision-making.
- Excellent time management, communication, teamwork, and project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and the latest industry trends.
