**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess the extent of motor vehicle repairs, restoration, or customization requests.
- Restore damaged vehicles to their original condition by removing dents, mending parts, removing rust, repairing scratches, and spray-painting panels.
- Cut and join replacement sections using welding equipment.
- Mentor junior panel beaters.
- Plan, organize, and schedule the workflow.
- Ensure compliance with industry specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain company tools and equipment in good working order.
- Regularly update customers on the progress of their repairs.
