**Job Purpose**

A private banker serves as the firm’s principal contact for Ultra High Net-Worth (UHNW) clients and has a broad and deep understanding of wealth management practices and investment strategies. A private banker also responsible to acquire UHNW clients and provide them with right advise and solutions, within the regulatory licensing framework under which Lighthouse Canton is required to operate.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Identify main avenues, individuals and families with wealth and financial management potential.
- Seek inroads to their circle of influence.
- Develop and maintain a rapport with clients.
- Hunt, develop and manage existing UHNW client relationships, including ongoing regular client contact and communications.
- Grow the firm business by acquiring new clients specifically in and from the (Non-Resident Indian) NRI segment.
- Work with the Investments and the Wealth Planning team to provide customized and comprehensive financial planning advises and portfolios for UHNW clients.
- Proactively advise and consult with the clients, explaining the various financial services available.
- Educating clients about investment options and potential risks when recommending investments.
- Ensure all transactions are within legal bnetoundaries by staying updated with the regulations affecting banking and customer interactions.
- Actively participate in the development of new business and networking opportunities.
- Ensure that the firm’s values, reputation and standing are always well protected when representing the firm in external forums.
- Ensure that all activities are undertaken within the regulatory framework. Further, ensure that the company's policies and procedures are adhered to when performing their task.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 8-10 years experiences in finance/ banking industry, including supervisory experience.
- A track record in having a UHNW Client network and successful AUM track record in Southeast Asia is a must.

**Domain Skills**
- Strong understanding of financial services industry and financial consulting responsibilities.
- Demonstrate strong interest in financial, global and capital markets.
- Experience in understanding the financial needs of UHNW clients.

**Soft Skills**
- Strong understanding of financial services industry and financial consulting responsibilities.
- Deep understanding of the needs in the NRI clients.
- Existing strong client connects in NRI segment.
- Demonstrate strong interest in financial, global and capital markets.
