**About the Role**:
The Finance Lead at Moom is responsible for overseeing all the financial operations of the company including, financial reporting, budget management, cash forecasting, long term planning, as well as short term project based studies. This role will drive key strategic decisions for the company to create value and enforce a rigorous budget as it gets through its next phase of growth. They are the bridge between the sales, community, and operations departments, ensuring there is clarity and consistency in achieving our business goals, financial targets, and growth metrics, helping test our dreams and ideas to life in an efficient way to drive future growth for the business
**Moom is looking for a Finance Lead to help founders with**:
- Dive deep into the financial operations of the business with our Co-Founders looking for ways to elevate our reporting.
- You will lead monthly reconciliations and organizing departmental reviews of our P&L.
- Compile quarterly reporting, including presentation-worthy data for board meetings as needed.
- Lead the team through monthly/quarterly financial reports, highlighting actionable metrics and variances that can be used.
- Develop automated reporting for cross departmental coordination
- Develop systems for ongoing reporting into the Finance Team by each department, creating a scalable system for future growth.
- Work with Operations team on all COGS reporting and inventory analyses
- Assist with short-term and long-term cash forecast, and FP/A analysis
- In charge of cash management, payments, and payroll (+CPF)
- Assist Sales and Marketing/Growth Teams in budgeting and various reporting exercises

- Organize company-wide annual planning, setting baselines for assumptions based on prior internal data as well as external research.
- Handle special projects, as needed
**The Finance Manager has**:
- 5+ years in corporate or startup finance experience
- You enjoy that we are a women’s health company who strives to put the customer first

- You are a leader and self-starter, driving high level strategy while also willing to roll up your sleeves and support in other divisions when necessary
- Ability to create and scale the financial operations of a CPG company
- Strong and energetic communication skills
- Ability to move quickly while communicating effectively
- Strong analytical capabilities to analyze data, determine trends, and present the findings
- Experience in developing complex financial modeling, cash forecasting
- Fluency in Xero, Excel
- Experience in the accounting functions of Inventory Management Systems
