Key Responsibilities:
Support the PI and Project Manager in the following- Lead in operational and technical tasks of the projects undertaken by the lab- Build capabilities to push the frontiers of research in work tolerance under extreme environments- Execute SOPs of experimental trials diligently to ensure safe and smooth operation of the study-
- Provide guidance and supervision over junior staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation of projects- Coordinate with stakeholders to support the smooth execution of the projects- Perform data collection and entry, analyses and reporting, including developing graphs from data collected- Manage administrative and research-related work required or assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:
- Master Degree or equivalent in Biomedical/ Life/ Allied Health Science/ Exercise and Sports Science.- Ability to multi-task between projects and routine duties.- When and where necessary, RA is required to work outside of normal working hours and on weekends- Discipline and meticulous in operating standard procedures and measurements- Good problem-solving skills- Highly motivated and effective in managing work processes- Possesses good knowledge in MS office, statistical analysis using SPSS, R or Stata- Possesses good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills- Possesses good time management skills and able to work within tight deadlines- Strong team player with ability to learn and work independently
