**Position Overview**:
The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in promoting the school’s programs and values, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting student recruitment through both digital and traditional marketing efforts. This role involves strategy development, content creation, agent network management, and close collaboration with our admissions team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The Employee is responsible for the following key duties and responsibilities:
**a)**Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the school's programs and services
**b)**Create engaging and high-quality content for the school's website, social media platforms, and marketing materials
**c)**Coordinate and manage the school’s digital marketing presence, including SEO initiatives, social media management, and online advertising
**d)**Organize and execute promotional events, open houses, and school fairs to increase brand awareness and student enrollment
**e)**Scout for and establish relationships with educational agents who can promote the school to prospective students both locally and internationally
**f)**Develop and manage an agent network program, including training agents to effectively communicate the school’s offerings and value proposition
**g)**Analyze marketing metrics and prepare reports on the performance of campaigns and marketing initiatives
**h)**Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities within the international education sector
**i)**Collaborate closely with the admissions team to align marketing efforts with student recruitment goals
**j)**Maintain and enhance the school's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
**k)**Manage relationships with external marketing vendors and service providers as needed
**l)**Work within allocated marketing budgets and track ROI of various marketing strategies and campaigns

**Performance Expectations**:
The Employee is expected to demonstrate significant and measurable improvement in these areas during the extended probationary period.

The Employee is also required to:

- Submit daily reports on the status and performance of the school’s website, Facebook page, and other related social media platforms
- Provide timely feedback to ensure that all departments are informed of promotional activities and progress

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Communications, Education**, or related field
- **Certification in Digital Marketing**(e.g. Google Digital Garage, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot Academy, etc.) is highly preferred
- Strong **educational background**or experience in the education sector to ensure content aligns with school messaging and tone
- Proven experience in **digital marketing**, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and online advertising
- Excellent **writing and content creation**skills tailored for a school environment
- Proficiency in design and productivity tools such as **Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace**:

- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Comfortable with public speaking, networking, and building agency relationships
- Experience in **student recruitment**or education marketing is a strong advantage
- Skilled in **basic photography and videography**for content creation and marketing use
- Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
