Urgent Looking for Experienced Librarian

**Office Hour**: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6pm
**Salary**: From $2.5k
**Nearest MRT**:City Hall

**Duties (but not limited to)**:

- ️ Able to do acts amendment on materials
- ️ Plan and manage the day-to-day operations and administration of the Library
- ️ Develop, implement and review library policies and Standard Operating Procedures
- ️ Provide regular reports to the Management team when required
- ️ Manage the LMS to maintain accuracy of data and to monitor the movements of library items
- ️ Plan and prepare the annual budget submission and monitor budget utilisation
- ️ Manage the contracts for library operations
- ️ Any other library-related administrative duties and projects

**Requirement**:
min. 3 years of relevant working experience to assist the Chief Librarian under Law Library
