**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Ensure smooth-running of daily operations at K-Care Centre
- Handle a class when necessary
- Mentor and supervise team of K-Care Officers to ensure compliance to SOPs, safety and health standards
- Maintain and build rapport with various stakeholders, especially school and parents
- Handle emergencies and administer first aid, where applicable

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a preschool setting, preferably in a Senior Teacher role or Supervisory / Leadership role

**WORKING HOURS**
- During normal school term: 9.30am to 7pm (Mon to Fri)
- During school holidays: 9.5-hours shift between 7am to 7pm (Mon to Fri)

**LOCATION**
- Serangoon
