**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Provide counter services, addressing general inquiries from students and assisting with calculator registrations.
- Coordinate meetings and assist in preparing minutes and relevant documents for program-related activities.
- Manage documentation, including claims, reports, assessments, feedback, attendance records, and other related materials.
- Create and refine guidelines and work instructions for tasks associated with the examination process.
- Support and actively participate in activities like Mark Moderation and Board of Examination Meetings.
- Handle education verification requests for program graduates.
- Contribute to audit-related tasks and provide necessary assistance.
- Gather and analyze statistical data for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate on process and system enhancement efforts to optimize efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Assist administrative and operational aspects of undergraduate programs, ensuring their smooth delivery and execution.
- Assist student assessment processes, including continuous assessments, quizzes, online courses, and final examinations, encompassing various types of exams.
**WORKING HOURS**
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 5.45pm
- Fridays: 8.30am to 5.15pm (with 45 mins - 1 hour lunch breaks)
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree from a good University
- Prior experience in the education sector and programme co-ordination will be advantageous.
- Keen to learn, able to manage multiple and competing tasks/deadlines well, and with a high degree of accuracy
- Team player with excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and self-motivation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage with students, staff, and faculty members of all levels.
- Good computer skills including MS Office Suite and database usage. Familiarity with automation tools would be an advantage.
- Willing to work after office hours, and weekends when necessary.
