The Manager, APAC Derivatives Sales will be primarily responsible for supporting the APAC Derivatives Sales team’s effort to expand and grow the business from the retail brokerage client segment through maintaining current client relationships and establishing new ones with the retail brokerage in APAC. Through supporting the team’s collaboration with our broker partners in the region, effectively promote Cboe’s derivatives products and services within the region.
In addition to supporting the retail client segment, the sales specialist will also support the other senior salespeople on the team in covering the other client channels, which includes hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, pensions, sovereign wealth funds, proprietary trading groups, and banks (private banks, commercial banks, and investment banks).
This role will be reporting into the Head of APAC Derivatives Sales and will be responsible for SalesForce reporting, pipeline management, account management, campaign management, cross referral and cross selling, country plan management and other sales initiatives.
**The Position Will Be Responsible For**:
- Managing a portfolio of existing and prospective retail brokerages and generating business growth through active engagements on the benefits and opportunities offered by Cboe derivatives products and services.
- Supporting the APAC derivatives sales team in managing the marketing programs involving existing clients to educate and promote Cboe’s products and services.
- Performing analysis and generating reports on the trends on the product and client level, helping the team to identify developing trends in a timely manner to engage the market.
- Building valuable and positive customer experience through timely and efficient responses to clients’ requests.
- Participating in the development of and is accountable for effective execution of sales strategy
- Working with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver key value proposition to broker partners.
- Alignment of brokerages’ interest with Cboe to deliver volume and revenue growth from the retail segment.
- Developing an understanding of all the Cboe business lines to help facilitate cross product development and enhance cross sell opportunities
- Participating in the development of and accountable for the execution of segment specific sales strategy. Utilizes SF to record and track sales activity and outreach
