Founded by former cyber attackers, SECTA5 leverages real-life exploitation threat intelligence and automation to protect organizations against advanced cyber threats. This is achieved by identifying critical attack paths to organisation’s crown jewels using cyber graph technology, combined with data analytics. The company offers a unified cyber exposure management solution, enabling businesses to preempt and stop security breaches before they impact operations.

Our flagship product, Cartographer, is an AI-powered platform designed to streamline cybersecurity threat discovery, analysis and prioritization within a single integrated system. Cartographer enhances vulnerability management operations by automating cyber risk analysis and prioritization processes with machine learning and generative AI. Clients have reported significant improvements in operational efficiency, with some experiencing a 500% increase in efficiency in their vulnerability management operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of software developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with product teams to define, design, and implement new features and solutions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members.
- Familiar with modern Dev Tech stack
- Implement and maintain CICD pipelines using modern technologies
- Explore and leverage AI capabilities, including data modeling, supervised machine learning, LLMs, LLM Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and network graph analytics to enhance platform functionality.
- Provide production support and be willing to be on-call for any production system emergencies whenever reasonable.
- Interact, collaborate, and gather requirements from customers.
- Administer Jira to facilitate Sprint Planning and tracking.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and middleware systems.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker.
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring software development teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Must have worked in an Agile environment following Scrum processes such as bi-weekly sprints.
- Experience with CICD tools like GitHub Actions and Kubernetes in a cloud environment.
- Familiarity with modern tech stack - RabbitMQ, Apache CouchDB, MongoDB, and Redis.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring software development teams.
- Exposure to AI technologies, including machine learning and LLMs.
- Proficiency in database design and management, particularly with modern databases
- Experience with performance monitoring and optimization tools.

Pay: From $7,000.00 per month
