**Job Description**:
Creative & Branding
- Responsible for developing the Group’s brand strategies to promote brand growth and expansion, implement brand plans to enhance brand awareness, drive volume and profitability.
- Strategize, plan, coordinate and manage the Group’s marketing, advertising and social media campaigns and activities to achieve target communication objectives to enhance awareness and promote the Group’s
- products and services.
- Establish and enforce a blueprint for building strong brand equity through a set of style/brand guide(s)
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies in line with the brand’s directions, choices and tactics that help shape and communicate the company’s vision and mission
- Create and manage collateral, advertising façade and/or product design to establish and maintain consistency in brand image

Sales and Promotion
- Plan and organise specific sales promotion strategy and activities to motivate customers to take a specific and pre-determined actions thereby generating interest and sales of the Group’s product and services.
- Train and motivate the operations teams to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
- Monitor and review all leads and enquiry pipelines
- Lead and motivate the team to ensure company quotas KPIs are met
- Identify and reduce knowledge gaps within the team
- Monitor and review quarterly results for Company’s Incentive Programme
- Review and address customer complaints, feedback and other issues

Marketing & Social Media
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing, advertising and social media activities
- Plan and execute all communications and media actions on appropriate channels, including online and social media to uphold brand/product interest and motivate the target audience to “take action”
- Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic
- Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels
- Assist with product development and new product launches as well as develop new business opportunities with relevant partners

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma in design-related and/or marketing fields preferred;
- 3 years’ experience in a creative/ advertising/ marketing supervisory/managerial
- capacity
- Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints
- Ability to communicate well with all levels
