**To join our sales team, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound and Roadshow Sales Executive.**

Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and a drive to surpass sales targets and goals are essential for this position.

**The position is open to applicants of all ages. There are no prerequisites. Commission will apply.**
- Take part in roadshows and events to advertise the goods and services of our clients.
- Consult with prospective clients to learn about their goals, needs, and product requirements.
- Create and execute successful sales plans to meet and surpass both individual and team sales goals.
- To nurture and maybe turn the current pool of leads into consumers, follow up with them.
- Together with the sales manager and other team members, create and execute sales strategies.
- Give customers an excellent purchasing experience and trip.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated expertise in customer service, sales, or telemarketing positions, ideally in the training or education sector.
- Strong negotiating and persuasion abilities, as well as the capacity to clearly explain and express the benefits of our training initiatives.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to connect with and develop a good rapport with potential clients.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a history of hitting or beyond sales goals

**Note**: This is a Full-Time position that we are currently hiring.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
