**Role Introduction**:
The warehouse Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the warehouse and supporting product requirements. Ensure safe, efficient and timely receipt, handling and storage of all inventory. Ensure proper documentation and traceability of the warehouse. Coordinate collection, planning, and daily activities of warehouse members, including product reception and delivery, quality checks, and respective locations. Develop the team by focusing on individual performance and support requirements to meet high standards while fostering a safe and productive work cultureMain responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervision and management of warehouse work:
Lead warehouse team to complete warehouse operation;Regularly review and update warehouse SOPS and policies to ensure workplace safety and consistency of operating procedures;Supervises daily picking, packing, shipping, receiving and after-sales operations according to the basic standardized practices of 6S - SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SEIKETSU, SHITSUKE and SECURITY;Conduct regular stock counts and report any stock discrepancies;Assist shipping partners in collecting and unloading orders;Monitor accuracy and organization during unloading/inspection of all incoming/returned products.
- Team management & training: developed training plans and regularly trained team members on the latest sop and policies
- Team performance management: set KPIs for team members, evaluate individual performance, and participate in team-related recruitment matters.
- Error reporting and optimization of system tools: Optimize ERP system and report errors to overseas departments
- internal and external relationship management: work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer delivery

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or above, supply chain management/logistics management is preferred
- Work experience: 2 years or above management experience, with more than 5 team experience, new warehouse construction experience is preferred
- Good communication skills, planning & organization skills, management skills, continuous learning ability, strategic understanding ability, will be very helpful to carry out work;
- If you have a forklift license (LF), it is an advantage
