1. Role Description:
As a project engineer, they mainly deal with engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements. Developing project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management. To determine project responsibilities and specifications, completing technical studies and preparing cost estimates and to confirm product performance by designing and conducting tests, determining project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements for generating electricity by other sources. A project engineer also plays a vital role of maintaining project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.

2. Specific Responsibilities:
Individual to be involved in:
1. Trainee will be able to carry out control engineering equipment's and monitor them efficiently

2. Trainee will be able to complete aircon projects by organizing and controlling project elements. Trainee will so be able to develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management.

3.Trainee will be able to determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from contractors carefully.

4.Trainee will be able to determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards of machineries and devices. Trainee will also be able to complete technical studies and prepares cost estimates.

5.Trainee will be able to confirm product performance by designing and conducting tests, and also able to determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.

6.Trainee will be able to maintain project schedules by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems. Trainee will also be able to controls project plans by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
